Pricing

• Walnut & Elm Key Rack, 15" x 25", two rows: $345
• Shipping & handling: $35 flat per order (non-refundable)
• Order total at list price: $380. Deposit $190, balance $190.
• Launch price: $295 + $35 S&H = $330. Deposit $190, balance $140.
• The deposit is a fixed $190. Any launch price, sale, or promo code discount is applied to the balance.
• Lead time: about 2 weeks from deposit to completion photo, often sooner · Order by Sun Nov 22 for Christmas delivery.

How ordering works

1. Confirm your order. We confirm size, wood, finish, and the total price in writing. The total includes $35 shipping and handling.
2. Deposit to start. Pay the deposit with Stripe (card) or PayPal. Work begins once it's paid.
3. We build your piece. Lead time: about 2 weeks from deposit to completion photo, often sooner · Order by Sun Nov 22 for Christmas delivery.
4. Completion photo. When it's finished, we email you photos of your actual piece.
5. Final balance. The balance is due when you approve the photos, or 72 hours after the photos are sent if we haven't heard back.
   • Automatic payment (optional, card via Stripe): if you choose it at checkout, we'll charge the card you paid the deposit with for the balance when you approve, or at 72 hours.
   • Invoice (default for PayPal, or if you opt out): we send you an invoice for the balance at approval or at 72 hours.
6. We ship. Your piece ships once the balance is paid, and we send you tracking.
